Chia Pudding

1 c. Nuts ( almonds or walnuts, brazil nuts)

6 c. water

15  small dates

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 - 1/2 c. Honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

In a blender, the ingredients above, blend with only half the amount of water first until all ingredients are well blended. And then add the rest of the water. 

 

1 - 1 1/2 c. chia seeds

In a bowl, add wet ingredients into the chia seeds, and mix continuously as you pour it in. Mix for 5 min. until it becomes thick. Chill before serving.
