Baked Millet
1 c. Millet
4 c. Water
1/4 c. Honey
1/2 tsp. salt
10 Dates, diced
1/4 c. shredded dry coconut
Mix all ingredients in a glass baking tray, and bake at pre-heated oven in 350 degrees F, for 60 min, or until fully cooked.
