blueberry oat muffins
no baking powder
4 1/2 c. 1 minute Oats
1/2 c. Sucanat/ coconut sugar
1 1/2 c. Dates, chopped
1/3 c. Honey
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 c. Blueberries/Black berries
2 1/2 c. Apple sauce/ 25 oz. jar of apple sauce
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. Coconut powder
Mix the all the ingredients above and form into balls or put into muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees F, for 35-40 min. Best eaten fresh.
