Using Whole Wheat Organic pocket or pita bread as your crust, add the following in order.

Pizza sauce: One 6 oz can of organic tomato paste, stir in 1/4 cup water, 1 t. oregano, and 2 T.  honey.  Spread this thinly on

the crust.


Then layer on thinly:

Sliced tofu

Chopped olives

Chopped onions

Chopped peppers

Chopped artichoke hearts (optional)

Cover with cashew cheese sauce (recipe given under sauces)


Bake at 350 for around 25 min.
