Raw tobouli
1 c. parsley finely chopped
1 c. tomatoes chopped fine
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. finely processed cauliflower
1/2 c. cucumbers cubed small
salt to taste (opt.)
Mix all ingredients until well combined and chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
